Oral and Poster Presentations

Oral presentations have an overall time-slot of 15 minutes including discussions. WITHIN THE BOUNDS OF POSSIBILITY, IT WILL BE WORKED AT PROCEEDINGS TO BE SUBSTANTIALLY PRESENTED ORALLY.  There will be a projection device and computer in all halls. Regulatory authority requests participants to use the projections device and computer in the hall for their presentations. 

Posters that will be exhibited must be prepared in one piece, in a size of 120 centimetres height, 90 centimetres wide and must be prepared vertically. Author’s name, address and e-mail information must be explicitly mentioned in the poster. Posters should be mainly visual and can be easily read from 1 meter away.

Abstract Preparation Format

Proceedings will be issued in proceeding or abstract.  Mathematical symbols, formulas should be written in the text and metric symbols should be used. Standard abbreviations can be used. Each proceeding must contain a title, author’s name, address, country, postal code and author’s e-mail address for the correspondences. In Turkish and English proceedings, the title of the Word document should be the surname of the author who is the relevant contact person (e.g. kumral.doc). For the preparation of proceedings, the exemplary documents of which the templates are given below should be used. The prepared proceedings should be sent with the topic title “Proceedings” to the address “[email protected]”.

Proceeding or abstract can be accepted or rejected after the peer-review process.

The mode of presentation (oral or poster) of accepted papers may be changed by the scientific committee.
